Reminders for Participants

1. The supplier may adjust rest and supply locations and times based on actual weather conditions and passenger riding situations. In the event of force majeure factors (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain warnings, etc.), the supplier reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or cancel it. 2. Basic free supplies and maintenance items will be provided by the supplier, including inner tubes, drinking water, and snacks. If passengers have any special individual needs, they can communicate with the supplier through the messaging function. 3. Passengers are required to bring their own personal medications, mobile phones, money, health insurance cards, etc. 4. This journey is inherently related to risks associated with sports, physical fitness, and traffic safety. Passengers should evaluate risks, consult medical professionals for advice, and comply with relevant regulations before booking. The supplier and ensage are not responsible for any risks or damages incurred by passengers, provided there is no negligence. 5. The price and content of this journey do not include insurance, so it is strongly recommended that passengers purchase travel insurance or similar insurance based on their own needs.

Refund Policy

If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required for the trip before 14 days from the registration deadline, registered and paid travelers will receive a full refund (*the registration deadline is 1 day before the event). ensage will notify travelers via email and platform whether the trip has reached the minimum number before the 14-day deadline, and travelers can also check the order status themselves.
If a traveler cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the order fee will be refunded after deducting necessary expenses, following these standards:
- Cancelling 15 days before the trip starts: Full refund available.
- Cancelling 2-14 days before the trip starts (including the 14th day): A 30% processing fee will be deducted from the order amount.
- Cancelling within 1 day (including the first day) before the trip starts will incur a 50% processing fee deducted from the order amount.
- Cancelling on the day the trip starts or not attending without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the supplier can demonstrate that the losses exceed the above refund policy, they may calculate the refund amount based on their actual damages.
If unforeseeable circumstances like typhoon alerts or heavy rain warnings impact the trip, the supplier will notify travelers by email and on the platform the day before the trip starts (local time 20:00) about any confirmed cancellations, with subsequent refunds subject to necessary deductions.
If a traveler applies for rescheduling due to personal reasons, it will be treated as a cancellation and processed according to the above cancellation terms.
If it is not due to force majeure, no refund will be given for cancellations made by travelers 1-3 days before the trip starts (including the 3rd day and the day of the trip). If a traveler arrives late by more than 15 minutes and is unable to participate, no refund will be given. If the delay in arrival results in a shortened or missed activity during the trip, the traveler shall be responsible for it. If a traveler is unable to participate in the trip due to personal health problems or other factors or decides to stop participating midway, no refund will be given.
If the trip is canceled by the supplier, a full refund will be provided.
